- Contains simple explanations and details each of the systems of the home- Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing and Interior
- Includes simple illustrations of various components of the home
- Include information of the normal life expectancies of the systems of the home as well as approximate replacement costs
- Includes a chart for recommended household maintenance frequencies to prevent major problems
- The Inspector’s notes on the condition of the individual systems are recorded in the report alongwith any noted recommendations
- A final summary is provided and highlights the major components requiring significant improvements and/or major expenses in the near future
The full report is completed on site and is provided to the client at the end of the inspection.
